This was a big question for me. I didn’t want something complicated or time-consuming.
The Ziip Halo connects to an app that guides you through each treatment. You choose a program, apply the conductive gel, and follow along. Most sessions take about 4–8 minutes, which feels very manageable — even on busy days.
There is a small learning curve at first, mostly getting used to:
